The apartment is let on a week by week basis Saturday to Saturday 12 months of the year.

A £50 per week advance deposit is required for the heating / air conditioning unit which has its own separate meter. On the day of departure our housekeeper will take a reading, email this to us and we will refund the difference on the meterage used from your initial payment. The refund cheque will be with you within 14 days of your vacating the property. We have found this to be the fairest way of charging.

The keys arrange will be emailed to you once the final monies and air conditioning deposit has been received by us.

A £100 breakage deposit is also required and again this will be refunded after you depart.

Clean linen is provided on arrival, together with a bath and face towel each. Please provide your own beach towels and do not use the bath towels for this purpose as they are white and will spoil quickly.

A welcome pack can be arranged and paid for before arrival with essentials such as milk, bread, butter for your arrival – please ask for details if this is required.

If half way through your stay you would like either a full clean and linen change, or simply a linen change please enquire and this can be arranged at an additional charge.
