General booking information

The apartment is let Saturday to Saturday.

Clean linen is provided on arrival, together with a bath and face towel each. Please bring your own beach towels.

The keys will be mailed to you once the final monies have been received by us.

£100 breakage deposit is required.

£50 per week advance for the heating / air conditioning unit which has its own separate meter.

On the day of departure our housekeeper will check for breakages and take a meter reading. This is emailed to us and we will return deposits (less any meterage used). The refund cheque will be with you within 14 days. We have found this to be the fairest way of charging.
