Situated in El Portet, the next bay along the coastline from Moraira, we offer for short-term rent a lovely apartment within 2 minutes walk of the beach, where the sea can be seen from the balcony.

If you're looking for a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings with great weather and lots to do, look no further! We've been coming here for 20 years; the beaches are wonderful as is the weather.

It is also one of the least developed and unspoilt resorts in this part of Spain; the northern Costa Blanca coastline. Moraira is a fantastic place to take a vacation or just a weekend break. As the weather in Moraira is generally sunny and warm, you can relax and enjoy your stay.

Up until the 1970’s this area was a typical fishing village with just a few properties littered about close to the sea. Since the late 80’s it has become an exclusive holiday resort but, thankfully with a peaceful feel complimented by the pine woods and orange groves.

The sheltered bay nestles amongst the rocky countryside, the area is not spoilt by high rise concrete apartment blocks. It is also not a throughfare as it some distance from the main A7 motorway and A332, so does not encourage the invasion of tourists that many resorts suffer.
